Handmade, especially for you

At Mad Monk Jewelry nothing sits ready on a shelf. Every bracelet is made only after you order it — by hand, bead by bead, in our own studio in the Netherlands. Only the silver logo bead is handcrafted in Bali. Please allow 1 to 3 business days of crafting time before your order ships. As soon as your bracelet is ready and on its way, we'll let you know.

Shipping & track & trace

We ship your order as a letterbox parcel via PostNL or DHL. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow it. Tip: enter your phone number at checkout — the carrier can then send you delivery updates.

Shipping rates

The total delivery time is the crafting time (1–3 business days) plus the delivery time above. Shipping costs are always shown at checkout.

United Kingdom: due to Brexit regulations we are currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom. We do ship to Ireland (rest of Europe).

How your parcel arrives

Your bracelet is packed with care: the box is sealed with tape, wrapped in branded tissue paper, and includes a thank-you note with a discount card for your next order. Ready to give — to someone else, or to yourself.

Orders outside the EU

All prices include Dutch VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility; unfortunately we have no influence over them.

Parcel arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at happytohelp@madmonkjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the damage — we'll sort it out together. If you can already see on delivery that the parcel is badly damaged, you may also refuse it from the courier.
