Returns & right of withdrawal

We want you to love your bracelet. If you don't, you can use your legal right of withdrawal.

Return periods

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it without giving any reason and to notify us of the return shipment.
• After notifying us of the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
• After notification of the return, we will refund the full order amount (including shipping costs) within 14 days, provided the product has been received back or you can show proof of shipment.

Only the cost of returning the product from your home to our studio is at your own expense. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier's website for exact rates.

Depreciation

During the withdrawal period you may inspect and assess the product as you would in a shop. If you use your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all accessories. If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for this depreciation. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for return.

Exception: custom-made jewelry

Bracelets that we make especially for you – for example via our bracelet generator or based on your wrist size and choice of stones – are made to your specifications. The right of withdrawal does not legally apply to these custom-made products (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). We also state this before you complete your order.

Resizing service: we won't leave you out in the cold. If your custom bracelet doesn't fit – for example because the wrist size was estimated too generously – we will gladly resize it. We charge € 10 to € 15 for resizing, depending on the design, plus the shipping costs for sending it to us. Contact us at Happytohelp@madmonkjewelry.com.

Registering a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at Happytohelp@madmonkjewelry.com, stating your order number. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. We will then send you the return instructions.
