We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with the Mad Monk tag still attached to your jewelry.

Please Note

We will refund the full order amount, excluding the original shipping costs and any incurred delivery fees.

Please ensure you always contact us before returning any items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at happytohelp@madmonkjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
