What data we process

Name, address and city (to ship your order)
Email address and phone number (for order confirmation, shipping updates and customer service)
Payment details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment details ourselves)
Order and design data, such as your wrist size and choice of stones for custom bracelets
Email address for the newsletter (only with your explicit consent; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email)

Why we process this data

We use your data solely to process your order, keep you informed about your order, comply with our legal (tax) obligations and – if you opted in – send our newsletter.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with parties needed to fulfil your order, such as our webshop software (Shopify), payment providers, delivery services and our email provider. Data processing agreements apply with these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.

Reviews

We use the independent review system of WebwinkelKeur to collect and display customer reviews. After your order, your email address and order number may be shared with WebwinkelKeur so that you can receive an invitation to leave a review. Read more in the WebwinkelKeur privacy policy.

Retention periods

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Order data is kept for 7 years due to the legal tax retention obligation. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

Right of access – request which personal data we process about you;
Right to rectification – have incorrect data corrected;
Right to erasure – have your data deleted;
Right to restriction of processing – temporarily limit the use of your data;
Right to data portability – receive your data in a common file format to transfer it to another party;
Right to object – object to the processing of your data, for example for marketing purposes;
Right to withdraw consent – withdraw previously given consent (such as for the newsletter) at any time.
