Note the exact number of centimeters or inches

Step 1
Wrap a piece of string or cord around your wrist (as shown in the photo)
Step 2
Use a pen or marker to mark the point where the string overlaps
Step 3
Measure the length of the string using a ruler or any standard measuring tool
