Shipping Policy

Please Note! Due to the Coronavirus Our trusted couriers are having a hard time keeping up with the amounth of work. This is  why it's possible that your shipment will take a few days longer than usual. We're counting on your understanding.

Shipment/Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
In this timeframe we've confirmed your payment, handpicked the finest stones especcially for you and created a one of a kind bracelet that will fit your wrists perfectly.

After your order has been processed and we've recieved your payment you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after processing.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during the holiday season, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that our orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When the non-received items have exceeded the shipping time after order processing you can always get in touch by sending an email at and we will get back at you in less than 24 hours
