Since we only ship with DHL we highly recommend you to fill in your phone number during your checkout. Using your phone number gives DHL the chance to give you all the updates needed for a successful delivery.

All our products are handmade in the Netherlands

Since we create all our jewelry ourself, we are only able to ship from our studio or a nearby DHL service point (only the silver is handmade in Indonesia.)

Duties and Taxes

Sales taxes are all included in our prices. However your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mad Monk Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipment delivered email, please contact us at happytohelp@madmonkjewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Damaged goods

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at happytohelp@madmonkjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Whenever you receive a damaged package due to transit, please try to reject the package from the courier. After that, contact us at happytohelp@madmonkjewelry.com

Returns and refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with the (mad Monk) tag still attached to your jewelry.

Please note

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and incurred delivery fees.
